Set against the backdrop of a snowy Christmas Eve, this beloved tale comes to life in a unique and nostalgic format, reminiscent of the golden age of radio. Join us for a heartwarming journey filled with laughter, tears, and the timeless message of hope and redemption.

Transporting audiences back to the 1940s, our talented cast will bring George Bailey, Mary, Clarence the Angel, and a host of beloved characters to life through the magic of live performance. From the cozy warmth of the radio studio to the bustling streets of Bedford Falls, you'll be swept away by the charm and charisma of this holiday classic. With each scene unfolding before your eyes, you'll rediscover the joy of community, the power of love, and the true meaning of Christmas.

DIRECTED BY TARA RACZENSKI​

Tara Raczenski is a freelance theater enthusiast. Since her moved to the Triad in 2001 Tara has worked with The NC Shakespeare Festival, (production intern /stage manager); RhinoLeap (stage manager/costume designer) Randolph Youth Theater Company (Director/instructor), Community Theatre of Greensboro (Education Dir./ instructor/actor/director); High Point Community Theatre (actor/director/instructor); The Little Theatre of WS (costume shop manager/ designer/performer). She is also a member of The Jane Austen Society of North America and has recently written & produced “Pride & Prejudice: A New Musical Comedy” which will be touring in NC and VA this winter. Tara’s favorite role however is that of wife and mother. Grateful thanks and love to Cory, Zion, Calla and Leo. Romans 11:36.

STAGE MANAGER - ELLA SNYDER

Ella Snyder is a recent graduate of Drew University in Madison, New Jersey where she received a BA in Theater Arts with a concentration in Directing and Stage Management. In university she held the role of Assistant Stage Manager for productions of I Am an Emotional Creature and Ron Swoboda’s Wish, Stage Manager for Iphigenia in Aulis and The Minotaur, and Production Manager for the Out of the Box Theater and Dance Festival. Ella is returning to the area post college after completing a Stage Management Internship on the 2024 New Voices Concert: Endless Ovations! with Paper Mill Playhouse Regional Theater in Millburn, New Jersey. New to the area, this is Ella’s first production with Lexington Live! She, having found her love for theater participating in community theater as a child, hopes to reconnect with community theater arts, bringing with her skill and training in the craft of stage management.
